Great support from technician
Had several requests from the site owner concerning security issues. Support tech was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting with updates. All my questions were answered and I was able to get back to work quickly. Couldn't ask for better support!

Switched to WPEngine from GoDaddy
Switched to WPEngine from GoDaddy, what a difference Much better website performance, so SO MUCH EASIER TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!!! Can just chat with them and not wait on hold! THANK YOU!

Patient and helpful for those of us who aren't full time techies
The team at WP Engine have been great even for a non-techy like me. The help I had setting up and pointing my site to them was great and they patiently helped me understand A, CNAME, name servers, etc. so I know the other things I need to do to leave the old all-on-one platform which has terrible security and so-so support.

Head and Shoulders Above The Rest
IT Consultant here, I often find myself in way over my head on design issues, trying to help designers put a site together as there are many gray areas of responsibility with a small team. I find that many hosting sites require a long wait and have less than helpful techs that simply need to adjust a setting that takes 20 minutes to explain how to get there. Not so with WP Engine.
