WP Engine's customer support is top notch. Everytime I connect with them, they fix the issues I am having. They are pretty quick too!

What can I say - Top Host - Hands Down
What can I say. I am over 10 years a professional WordPress developer. I have worked with 100s of different hosting environments. But WPEngine is right at the very top for WordPress hosting, Support, Features, Caching the list just goes on. One of the best hosting setups there is for WordPress

WP Engine support is top-tier.
WP Engine support is top-tier. Unlike other hosting providers I never dread talking to their support. All of their support team have been knowledgeable, and great to talk to. They can easily resolve issues and offer advice when asked. I can't ever recall a negative experience with one of their support team. A++

Support makes all the difference....
So far my hosting experience over the past year has been great. However, what's even better is their support. It is by far the best customer support I have received to date from a number of other providers. I felt genuinely cared about related to my issue and they treated me with respect even though I was asking some stupid questions. Highly recommend them just on the support experience. The hosting is top notch but they follow it up with great support.
