Best customer service EVER!
We've been with WP Engine for years now and their customer support is next level AMAZING! I am not super tech savvy, so when I have a question about an issue on our website, I go straight to their chat platform. EVERY time I am greeted with kindness and superb assistance!

Always excellent support staff
Always excellent support staff, knowledgeable, attentive and always on hand to resolve issues, very rarely have I ever been passed to another support assistant and when this has happened it's an instant swap of the chat not a support ticket via email with extended turnaround time. Support often goes above and beyond to suggest future improvements, resources and actions. Great support from technician
Had several requests from the site owner concerning security issues. Support tech was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting with updates. All my questions were answered and I was able to get back to work quickly. Couldn't ask for better support!

Fantastic customer service!
I'm a marketer, not a developer so sometimes need help with some aspects of the website (especially since taking it over from another person). The people on technical support are always so helpful, great at explaining things and making suggestions.

Switched to WPEngine from GoDaddy
Switched to WPEngine from GoDaddy, what a difference Much better website performance, so SO MUCH EASIER TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!!! Can just chat with them and not wait on hold! THANK YOU!

Great Support
The support agent Matt was clear and concise. He walked me through changes that I'm not comfortable with and made it easy. He also took the time to understand the issue and solve parts of it that I didn't even know to ask about. His support helped our site get back online quickly. Very much appreciated!
