Host a lot of sites and very happy
I host a bunch of client sites on WPEngine. I am VERY happy with the chat support. The wait time is usually reasonable and i have always found (9.5 times out of 10) that their support people actually get INVOLVED in solving the problem. They know their product and take the steps necessary to resolve for you (instead of just pointing you to a help article) . Always very friendly.

Jerome W. went above and beyond for me today when I had some redirecting issues that have been causing me headaches with my domain hosting site for a week. He fixed the issue within minutes, and then asked if he could do a couple extra things to make our site even better!! And he was so friendly, which was so welcomed after struggling with the other company for a week. Building websites comes with lots of little headaches, and good support can be a make it or break it feature for software. ...

Best customer service EVER!
We've been with WP Engine for years now and their customer support is next level AMAZING! I am not super tech savvy, so when I have a question about an issue on our website, I go straight to their chat platform. EVERY time I am greeted with kindness and superb assistance!
