Super efficient and friendly support
I've been using WP Engine for several years and never had any issues. I recently had some issues (caused by myself and another person who worked on the site) and within a couple of minutes on the chat each time the amazing support staff had fixed my problem. Not only that but they were polite, cheerful and empathic about my mild panic!

When a long-time customer is 150% happy!!
I'm a long-term customer (almost 10 years now) and every time, and I mean -EVERY TIME I needed help - the brilliant girls and guys of the WP Engine support team were there for me - and than some!! Above and beyond the call of duty they ALWAYS give 150%!! ALWAYS!! If only every other thing in life would be so well executed, ah, what a wonderful life would that be! God bless!!

WP Engine is just the best
WP Engine offers a lot of features that other web hosting firms also offer, but two separate it from the competition: 1) the Local app can be downloaded to your laptop for easy code changes; 2) the customer service is absolutely the best I have experienced with **any** online service. I recommend them without reservation.

WPENGINE IS UNMATCHED!
I've had 3 sites with wpengine and I love them! Support is amazing and I won't want my site hosted by anyone else! wpengine is the best and price point is unmatched!
