I have been building websites since 1994 and have managed hundreds of web hosting companies. WP Engine support is by far the best I've ever experienced. I also appreciate how they are constantly improving and adding new features.

I do not know how they are able to keep it up with all the demand but they have great support and seem to have thought about the way they planned their infrastructure very well.

WP Engine is the best hosting platform ever!

I reviewed WP Engine maybe a month ago, but I'm reviewing again because of the extraordinary customer support one of their agents, Jay B, gave me this afteroon. WP Engine is also the best hosting company in my experience. It's incredibly robust, and always gives me excellent customer support.

Best tech customer experience I've ever had. WPEngine agents must be trained really well because they have been able to understand, quickly diagnose, and talk me through or assist me in fixing every issue I've ever brought to them. I simply won't build sites on other hosts anymore. Other hosts lack the tools, speed, user friendliness and support I have with WPEngine.

We have been a WP Engine customer for years but it is rare for us to ever contact them for support. But when we need support, they are easy to contact by phone, email or chat. Support given is never rushed.

Solved weird Oxygen Builder quirks with gusto

I had some weird Oxygen Builder quirks on a few image assets that were not adopting SSL but didn't appear in the WordPress database (like all the others). My WP Engine technician went the extra mile to help track this down and help eliminate the issues. Had boundless patience, positivity and a can-do attitude. We solved the problem after much searching and scratching of heads.

Outstanding support, best value

I have been using WPEngine for three years and I continue to be impressed with the quality of their support staff. Each time I've reached out they have been responsive, thorough, and friendly. I also continue to be impressed with the quality of their hosting plans' performance and features. Some say that WPEngine is an expensive hosting service. That is one way to look at it. The way I see it is, when you consider their quality and support, it is easily the best value for your dollar.
