It's always about the support
It's always about the support. Being able to get a knowledgable, attentive support person on chat any time of the day is, for me, what sets WPE apart. I'm a designer and "let's see if this button works" level sys-admin and over the years have wasted countless hours on other platforms trying to get answers to what are no-brainer questions for WPE support staff.
