I can't say enough good things about wpengine. The tech support has been a tremendous help for me. I did most of the work, but they were there to support me along the way when I ran into an issue. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in building their own website.

Great response from support staff. We had an edge case with migrating from one environment to another within WP Engine. The staff was supportive and expedient to resolve. Another issue was a recent mass outage for clients. we were able to contact support who promptly identified the issue and resolved it.

Great tech! As far as I'm concerned, there is no better hosting platform for WordPress websites. I run a digital marketing agency and depend on WPEngine for my top sites. For my clients that expect the best, I host their websites on WPEngine. I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, as it may be somewhat advanced for people who have no experience with web hosting. When I had an issue, my support tech Brant, was basically the IT version of a fairy godmother, waving his 'mouse' wand that made my problem disappear, leaving you wondering, 'Did that just happen, or did I just get help from a tech wizard?'.
