Their customer service truly can't be beat
We've used WPEngine for years, and not only has their hosting interface been easy to use and their reliability been top notch, but their customer service is simply outstanding. We've had to reach out several times for assistance with various things, and we've never had to wait long for a support tech to join the chat, and they've always been able to resolve our issue quickly and professionally. Very Bad and poor Experience
They are Just Kidding With Their Clients, Supports are non technical persons. Without any reason middle of conversation they just leave. If some how they connect again not answering after 30mins to until you bored and disconnect by yourself.. People are not kidding with their clients like this WE ARE PAYING VERY HIGH COST THAN OTHER HOST IN HERE. Sham Sham

Extremely patient and knowledgeable!
Blake was extremely patient helping me navigate several entangled problems with caching, DNS, Cloudflare, moving a site to the Advanced Network. While I do web development, I don't feel confident navigating DNS issues, and he stayed with me to the bitter end and was quick to respond. I felt like I was the only customer he was helping at the moment. I am very grateful. WP Engine is the best!

I have been with WP Engine for over 7 years. I won't ever be switching if that helps you understand. Worth every penny.
