WP Engine support is amazing!
WP Engine continues to be a great solution for WordPress hosting. There services are fast and reliable. Customer service is extremely helpful and often goes above and beyond to help with self inflicted issues that fall outside of WP Engine's services.

I've had to contact WP Engine Support a number of times, and everyone has always been super helpful, efficient, friendly, and very patient with me. I'm not a pro developer. I've been helping a friend/client with web content and their tech person bailed. I've been trying to help with updates and such but am a bit out of my depth sometimes. But WP Engine support folks have been great - not just with resolving the technical stuff, but doing so in a way that calms me down when I'm panicking. :) ...
