WPEngine helped me authenticate my domain for my email provider. They got me where I needed to be to make the updates--which wasn't on WPEngine. Super friendly chat support!

New to wordpress and been finding WPEngine great - from sign up to getting my site running. I've relied a lot on their online agent chat and never had an issue getting something fixed, or changed as I get ready for launch.

WP Engine Support is Fantastic
I had to get support on a DNS issue at my DNS provider. I could not get a straight answer from the DNS provider (or just don't understand the technical aspects well enough). WP Engine support assisted me with the issue and all is well. I highly recommend them as a website host.

WPEngine has speedy support and a scalable environment tailored for any size Wordpress site. The developement, staging, and production environments are immensely useful. Throw in daily backups and excellent security and WPEngine is a powerful contender to host your Wordpress sites.

Unmatched Customer Support
This was the best customer support experience ive ever had. Nickoles spent a lot of time with me searching documentation and previous support logs to identify how we could rectify this emergency situation. They did not stop until they found a viable solution. This will directly correlate to saving our company from thousands of dollars in ad-fraud and click-fraud
