They are quick, kind, and effective. One doesn't often see that with text support. They are also willing to let you know their workflow. The UI of the site is intuitive, as well.

Amazing support with immediate website…
Amazing support with immediate website issue that was thought to be malware. Turned out to be only minor issues with domain linking. Very happy with the time to wait as well. The support agent was professional and very quick. So happy for their help in getting issue fixed.

Always On Support
WPEngine is ALWAYS available to support its customers via phone or chat 24/7/365. This is SO refeshing given that so many tech companies only respond via email. While I only need to access them occasionally (because their platform is so robust) they have always been courteous and competent

If anyone is serious about performance…
If anyone is serious about performance there is no better service than wpengine, this is after a terrible experiance with Godaddy and greengeeks (initially was good). Support is just as good and greengeeks support was not bad, but server performance was terrible and slow.
