So-so experience... half-baked solutions...

So-so experience. They are very salesy on the front end. Went onto the chat to get just a couple simple questions answered, agent really didn't want to answer them, wanted me to set up a ZOOM meeting, not on my schedule but theirs. Rule #1: Don't make things difficult for your customers. After deciding to give it a go, had constant issues with getting my domain pointed. Was not a registrar issue. DNS/Website issue solved. Thank you Loki!

I was having issues with DNS after copying one site to another with a different name. After spending two hours trying to figure out if it's a GoDaddy or WPEngine issue, I contacted support and Loki solved my issue. It ended up that our site needed a few changes after the copying it, and GoDaddy CNAME record needed a small change. Loki identified the issues and took care of the new site on the backend. Loki, thank you and have a pleasant weekend.

Best customer service in the game... it's rare to encounter such a competent and able support team. It has been consistently great through multiple accounts at different values ($$$ and $). The latest one really pushed me over the edge to make this review - they saved my company nearly ~12 hours by restoring an environment that was accidentally deleted. I find that the 'servers' themselves feel a bit slow when performing transactions in real time, in comparison to a EC2 of equivalent ...
