What do you like best about WP Engine? The automatic updates for plugins with a visual check for errors What do you dislike about WP Engine? manual creation of Dev, Test, and PRD sites What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily manage multiple client sites and keep their WordPress up to date and secure.

Tech support will try to break your site for an extra $8 a month
I asked a simple question on the live chat about Github integration. They guy on the live chat he said it would be easier if he rings me. He then calls me on the phone to tell me he doesn't know the answer to my question, thanks Grant, that was a great use of both our time time. But he then tried to upsell a start-up 'plus' plan, that automatically updates all my plugins. Arbitrary prices are defined, 25% more expensive for no reason
It's not possible to upgrade your plan by your own. You need to open a ticket. I upgraded my managed hosting startup plan to managed hosting professional plan and wrote explicit that it shouldn't cost more than 49 EUR. The new pricing was 69 EUR. The pricing table is showing 55 EUR. After 3 chat sessions and 3 tickets, nobody could explain me why it cost more. For me this is not trustworthy, prices are simply defined arbitrarily.

Terrible Customers Service
Their service was great but not now. Their customers service is extremely bad. They will never been their if you need their help, that's how they are! Stay away 100000 miles

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They double charge our services several times, and we went through hell to get those refunded. They do whatever they can to trick you to pay for the next period and good luck in getting that back! Terrible company, with horrible people working for it.
