Initial communication is excellent
Initial communication is excellent, but once the issue was passed to the engineering team to work on, further details on what the problem was and a timescale for fixing it were (seemingly) slow to appear

Exceptional Tech Support Every Time
WPEngine technical support is exceptional. I've chatted probably dozens of times. Always get a real person who knows what they are doing and quick resolution of my issues. Big fan. Recommend without reservation!

Pure rubbish
Pure rubbish! They are using alien language that i have never heard of before. Then when i contact the 24/7 customer support, i found that there is actually no such thing. Only a bot that doesn't understand my question. Very frustrating. Will rather go back to Hostinger.

We choose WPEngine to run our business
