We choose WPEngine to run our business
I run a digital marketing agency and we’ve used WPEngine for over 7 years now and we have 50+ client sites hosted with them including our own. Their tech platform is well developed, we achieve good speed and performance and they back it up with helpful and knowledgeable customer service. We recommend them to all of our clients and really believe that they provide great value for money.

"Speed and Ease"
What do you like best about WP Engine? Best features are ease of use and setup, and speed. What do you dislike about WP Engine? Not as robust as other hosting platforms. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying on top of the security of our sites.

"Takes the SysAdmin work out of wordpress"
What do you like best about WP Engine? WP Engine makes it so that I have a hosting partner for wordpress. What do you dislike about WP Engine? I wish there were a dedicated account manager like there is when you have a Shopify store. What problems is WP Engine solving and how is that benefiting you? WP Engine allows us to work with WP sites without needing to pay additional resources for hosting/monitoring/sys-admin, etc...

We were forced to upgrade our plan…
We were forced to upgrade our plan because our usage skyrocketed. While your team was great about reaching out, we've struggled to get any support to find out why this could have happened when we made no changes to our site.
