Workday is awesome in some ways, not awesome in others!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to promote and demote people, while putting in for changes of pay. I also like how easy it is to see my team structure and everyone under me easily. The UI Is sometimes tricky - in your profile, it can be hard to navigate where to find specifics or save reports of information. What problems are you solving with the product?
