Have the freedom to view and control your information.

What do you like best? I love that workday allows me to view everything I need from what are my benefits to clocking in and out. I make everything so organized and easy to use all under one log in. And you can use the app on your phone for on the go! What do you dislike? I've never had a problem using workday. It has always done what I need it to do. Workday is awesome in some ways, not awesome in others!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to promote and demote people, while putting in for changes of pay. I also like how easy it is to see my team structure and everyone under me easily. We also use it for the annual review process and survey questions and it works super well for that! The UI Is sometimes tricky - in your profile, it can be hard to navigate where to find specifics or save reports of information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes it easy to have a database of employee information.

What do you like best? It houses many of the things you need to have a positive work experience. What do you dislike? Some of the tabs it offers don’t work or never are explained in the workplace. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ask question. Call the help desk. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I check payroll and my time and attendance. As well as on boarding things.
