Workday for payroll
What do you like best? I like that logging hours is simple and easy. What do you dislike? Looking for previous paystubs is difficult and the breakdown of pay is not clear. I have also had issues with employers not being able to figure out how to change hour caps on logged hours to receive adequate pay. Easy and Convenient HCM
What do you like best? As an hourly employee, I have to manually log my hours at work. Workday makes it SO easy to keep track of my hours and submit them for payment. What do you dislike? Workday has a bit of a learning curve, so it took time to adjust to how to properly use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and easy to navigate!
What do you like best? I really the PTO part. It is easy to see what you have left and easy to input. What do you dislike? The email function can be wonky.When i receive emails from my HR team, it can tend to be confusing if i have already the message or if it is new. Also, not the fastest process. What do you like best? A great tool for anything HR. I can see my schedule, request off, see my PTO, etc. What do you dislike? There is nothing really that I dislike about Workday. Easy to use, has the features needed
What do you like best? This program is easy to use and offers the features needed to successfully manage the HR dept and processes. What do you dislike? I would like more options for partner integrations for things like WOTC and background screening, not just their 'preferred' providers. Maybe their preferred providers, but not mine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to learn and use, keeps the entire staff on the same page.

Great design, User Friendly
What do you like best? Very easy to use. Great mobile app. The PTO calendar is a great feature. What do you dislike? I wish workday were more comprehensive. We have ADP for our paystubs and W2 docs, and it's annoying to have to go to another tool to get info that I think Workday should include. Use work day quite a bit at work
What do you like best? I’m able to see all my benefits, compensation and anything in regards to my job. What do you dislike? It’s sometimes hard to find what I’m looking for What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to keep up with all my work benefits.
