Very good but a lot of steps

What do you like best? I like how intuitive and customizable workday is What do you dislike? Workday has so many steps/clicks for the simplest of processes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workday is eliminating a lot of manual tasks such as sending emails alongside other processes.

User friendly

What do you like best? Ability to search and enter or delete information. What do you dislike? Some headings are repetitive and could be tweaked for smoother transition between steps. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to quickly see compensation history, job growth and changes, add personal information.

It’s got everything in one place

What do you like best? It’s nice that brochures, benefits, paystubs, etc are all in one place, plus you can request management reviews of performance. What do you dislike? Can be cluttered, and hard to find exactly what you’re looking for. It would be nice to be able to submit more changes online, like direct deposit What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Workday is a really tight package of components, all of which feel incredibly well-connected to one another. Clean design and incredible flexibility in business process definitions make it especially nice. What do you dislike? A great app that gives you much to do.

What do you like best? The ease of access and the likeness of the app to the website!! Everything you can see on the website, you can access on the app which is amazing. What do you dislike? I’d prefer notifications when the site will be down, because sometimes I’ll try to access it but it’ll be down for maintenance I had no prior knowledge of.
