Workday a complete HR portal

What do you like best? Workday has a consolidated look and feel of excellent HR tool. It has many easily accessible features like employee directory and organization chart. Notifications and declaration pandels are nice for dynamic updates on dashboard. Raising a time off request is easier. You have ability to export any information in a report in pfd format. we have workday but I never use it and it doesn’t really change my day to day

Secure and User friendly

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and easy to request time off, it does a good job tracking time off, and tracking PTO balances. It does a good job managing the performance review process. What do you dislike? It terms of accounting it is not versatile enough to track our time by subsidiary and project. What do you like best? I can show my leave balance print my list stubs, and apply for a training. What do you dislike? I don't see any problems with so far, it is so good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits, salary, training and payroll.

What do you like best? The interface is so easy to use! It's friendly and has a very sleek, polished userface. What do you dislike? It's the best HR system I've used to date. I can no complains for it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was using it to onboard contractors and it's very efficient and easy to use.

Not your typical HRIS.

What do you like best? Having used most of the major HRISs out there, Workday is one of the top 3 for a simple reason. It has the best integration for moving from module to module. My standard is getting to where I want to go in 3 clicks or less. In most cases, I can accomplish a move in one or two clicks. Great HCM tool

What do you like best? You can do everything in Workday from recruiting to performance management. It's a one stop shop. What do you dislike? It can be a little complicated and it slows the process at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want to have an all inclusive human capital management tool that will be able to sync properly with all facets of HR like recruiting, compensation, benefits, etc.
