What do you like best? The ease of access and the likeness of the app to the website!! Everything you can see on the website, you can access on the app which is amazing. What do you dislike? I’d prefer notifications when the site will be down, because sometimes I’ll try to access it but it’ll be down for maintenance I had no prior knowledge of. Fairly user friendly and secure
What do you like best? I like that it was straight forward and not hard to learn. It’s also easy to train other people on. What do you dislike? It will occasionally Telly oh that you have an error while fixing things when there is actually no error but you just haven’t finished fixing what ever you happen to be fixing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’ve realized you can get a lot of information on it.

Analytics and reporting ability beats competitors
What do you like best? The ease in which I can create a report to quickly obtain the information I need. What do you dislike? Merit reports are very difficult to work with and we had to have a consultant build a BIRT report to meet our needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workday HCM allows us to streamline our processes and remove manual tracking and become much more efficient.
