Nothing--would love the ability for more formulas and helpers within actions. What problems is Workato solving and how is that benefiting you? Our platform has integrations but clients may want to customize beyond what our integrations offer. Workato allows us to fully customize their integration experience.

What do you like best about Workato? The amount of integrations they have and ease of connection is a game changer. I very rarely have had an issue finding the necessary tool/action within Workato to get a process to run. What do you dislike about Workato? As a non-Ruby user some of the more complex logic and functions need a bit of Ruby syntax. Better in-app documentation on or maybe a function builder would be helpful. Most example recipes use Salesforce as a sample connector. It would be nice to have other connectors like Fusion, NetSuite to showcase options in recipes.
