What do you like best? Workato has helped turned our procedures from clunky & repetitive to smoothly automated in a short amount of time. I love that in Workato, I can create commands based on specific data or fields, & it's specific to our company & our needs. What do you like best? There are a lot of Community Recipes available so, often, what you want to accomplish has already been done by another user and you just need copy a recipe and tweak it to your specific needs. When you do create a recipe from scratch the steps are very intuitive and support is very helpful when you can't figure out how to accomplish a specific thing. What do you dislike?
