An ATS for any company
I wasn't the biggest fan of Workable as it's something I have inherited when I joined my company, but the more I use it I've become a huge advocate for the software. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the improvements they have made over the last year. As Workable gets more publicity, I have found myself on phone calls with other HR managers about its pros and cons, which has helped with my own experience as well as encouraging others to try the platform. It gets better and better!
This platform is solving some big recruitment problems we have been dealing with for years.We love being able to send all applicants to one place, where we can proof them, screen them, then send them off to the proper people for interviewing and hiring potentially, it has created a flow we've needed for a long time.Integration with Linked In, Indeed, and many other sourcing platforms is all integrated nicely.We're also using a simple to setup code, to post all of our Workable listings on ...

A great tool !
At Founders.as we use Workable and are very happy with the product. The customer support is always super fast and very friendly. The only reason why it is a 4 out of 5 star rating is because the Linkedin extension were cut back. In the future we expect this to come back.

Yeah, smashed it.

Great tool and excellent customer service
As recruitment is a crucial part of running a successful company it is extremely important to control the process. Receiving large amounts of applications require a tight and easy to use system to ensure hiring managers and candidates get the best possible experience and Workable does exactly that. The user interface is intuitive and their customer service is great and very responsive.

Excellent!
Workable is great. It does everything I could ask from a program like this and I wouldn’t change a thing. It is extremely easy to use and very organized. I would recommend this to anyone. I will definitely be using this program in the future for other job postings.

Love Love Love it!!!
The workable staff has been more than helpful from the moment I signed up to just this morning when I had a quick question. They are quick to respond, eager to assist and always there when you need them.. The sorting feature on there hiring portal is amazing and there drop down windows make life alittle more simple when you cant think of what you want to say, because they have already thought of it for you!!

Workable - best flexible Applicant Tracking System for startups!
We use workable now after screening the market and possibilities. So far workable is very easy to use, has a great customer care service, many ways how to integrate the software into your website. It has good conditions price wise and you are flexible up and down grading your monthly package. Plus it has customers worldwide and therefor offers easy job postings to the job boards you might need.
