Great Service for Small Business
At first I was a bit skeptical, but I tried the free trial period to get a better feel for the service. It was TRULY a FREE trial period. Other services ask for a credit card up front. In no time resumes were rolling in. My inbox was filled with qualified applicants. Workable is easy to navigate and I can respond to applicants in no time at all. I highly recommend for small business owners such as myself.

Excellent platform for easy and fast recruitment management
I am very happy with the platform, it is working fast and smoothly, everything is done very comfortable and easy to use. I love the integration with social media profiles and the way it displays the information. For now nothing really negative.

Easy-to-use hiring software for SMBs
Workable has taken our hiring process at another level and helped us hire 9 people in the last 2 years.What we love about it:- fetching info about the candidates from blogs, social media in one view- screening questions that help us focus on the right candidates- email candidates from within the software- working great on mobile

Easy to use and effective
The company that I work for started using Workable over a month ago and we absolutely love it. It is easy to use and effective with an amazing support team to back it up. We had a demo with Workable on a Friday morning and we were advertising jobs by that afternoon (with a fully trained hiring team).Our previous applicant tracking system was very clunky and heavy which forced us to waste a lot of time not only training our hiring team but also keeping the system maintained.We recommend ...

Great design and experience
We needed a quick way to create a jobs page that looked good without adding extra resource to the design/dev team.I have heard about Workable from a few trusted co-founders so we gave it a go and it's been brilliant at managing all the prospects.We're currently on a trial but will definitely upgrade and complete our hiring!

Takes the headache out of hiring
I've used about 3 different hiring tools in the last few years, and conducted hundreds of interviews. Workable seems to be ahead of the pack right now. In particular, tight Gmail integration makes my hiring process seamless.
