Great Experience with Workable

What do you like best? Able to post jobs quick and easy, the knockout questions can be formatted base don the requirements you have keyed in for the job already. you also have the opportunity to disqualify a candidate based on the answers to your knock out questions. We used Workable and another tracking system and always pulled awesome candidates from Workable over the other system. A great, flexible ATS

We spent a lot of time demoing ATS systems before coming across Workable. As a tech company we wanted something that was intuitive, clean and responsive. As we'd not used a system like this before it needed to be simple enough for our team to adopt, yet cover all of our Talent Acquisition needs - which it absolutely does and more. Very user friendly, easy to use!

Workable is a great asset to every recruitment team and hiring managers. This is one of the most user friendly, simple yet effective ATS I have ever used. I would highly recommend it!

What would you do without workable!

What do you like best? Recruitment is a numbers game to a greater degree. Workable manages numbers and find candidates. What do you dislike? The app is a little clunky and mostly feezes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruitment process and funnel of good candidates.

Poor Results

You pay the money and then it just doesn't deliver the results. The data is inaccurate and then becomes unavailable once the paid-for period ends. Fair enough that you can't attract new candidates but at least let you see what you paid for!

Make your life easy when recruiting!

What do you like best? This is literally the best system I have ever used. So simple to set up and start straight away. You can track recruits easily through the process. The system is adaptable to meet your individual needs and can be tailored to reflect the individual needs of your company. The on line support is rapid and on the ball! What do you dislike? Addictive, awesome full-stack recruiting system

I'm deeply impressed with the functionality available- I can even see recruiting getting addictive through Workable. Workable takes care of the entire flow from sourcing right through to hiring, and at each step it make it easier to do more, quicker. It took about 20 minutes for the scale of the improvement to become apparent, and I'd guess workable saves us 40 hours a month of admin, quite apart from all its other benefits.In addition, the staff at Workable, from CEO downwards, are ...
