So easy. So adaptable. The best.

What do you like best? Wordpress is the best website software. It is so easy to use, especially for non-programming trained individuals. It is adaptable and expandable with many plugin options that can be used for many different purposes. We use wordpress on many of our websites and will continue to do so. What do you dislike? Many of the plugins available through Wordpress are either out of date, non functioning properly or are not good. You have to find the ones that work the best ...

Awesome Website Builder

What do you like best? I love that WordPress makes it quick and easy to build a website, but it allows you to make it as advanced and customized as you need. I can make a simple one page landing page or a complex site with many pages, menus and features – and it's free. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. I'm not sure I can think of anything. Recommendations to others considering the product Do it! I've also used Joomla and thought that was much more challenging! What ...

A tool for individuals and businesses big and small

What do you like best? WP is so straightforward - if you just want a cookie-cutter design for a personal blog or to manage a custom website for a business. It can be as simple or elaborate as you need it to be. I manage events for a nightclub client, so I use WP extensively to create events and keep website content fresh. I also maintain a personal blog through WP as well. It's one of my favorite tools. Ever. Lots of similar products have come and gone, but the simplicity and ease of use ...

A seamless blogging platform for the enterprise

What do you like best? It's easy to use, it makes you look like you know what you're doing, and it gives you the freedom to change up your blog. What do you dislike? You really do need to have someone professional customize your design and find bugs when they appear. It's difficult to get a WordPress blog attached to your website without weird things happening to the blog. It's not secure enough to meet many companies' standards, and WordPress Pro is ridiculously expensive. ...

Favorite blogging software

What do you like best? WP.org software is highly customizable. Our site has multiple authors and they are able to do all sorts of things. I personally like the wide range of plugins available to suit our needs. I was able to add a plugin for SEO that not only works great for helping us improve our SEO but is also a good tool for customizing how posts appear when shared on Facebook and Twitter, which are our top 2 social media trafficking sites. What do you dislike? Updating is ...

Good ecosystem of add-ons

What do you like best? -Lots of plugins, ability to create posts easily. -Pretty easy to get started. What do you dislike? I know it's supposed to be strict on stylesheets and things like that, but they don't make it easy to edit stylesheets in a WYSIWIG sort of way. It's hard to change themes and do a lot without knowing a good amount of CSS. I suggest that Wordpress do things the way LeadPages Builder does it (not the standard one. I bet Wordpress would be able to do it even ...

WordPress.org is great!

What do you like best? I really enjoy everything about WordPress.Org. We use the website portion and have had great success. We were super impressed with the easy, five minute installation and really did "feel like a rock star." What do you dislike? There's little that we dislike. Maybe the original theme could use some work. It was a little off putting when you first installed it but with the thousand of themes available it was an easy fix. What business problems are you solving ...

One of the top three ways to publish on the web

What do you like best? Wordpress is probably one of the top three, if not the top way to publish content on the web. Three big reasons here: 1 Around 25% of all websites are powered by Wordpress. It's not going away, so you don't have to worry about buying into a product that will become extinct or lack support. 2 Options, plugins, themes, to infinity. With Wordpress being so ubiquitous, you'll never lack for plugins, options, themes. You'll never lack for choices in almost any ...

Wordpress.org Review

What do you like best? I like that I can customize my website with all the extra options, that the Wordpress.com website doesn't offer. For example, the plugins on Wordpress.org help add to your website without the help of a web developer which could cost anywhere from 100 to 300 dollars. What do you dislike? I dislike that Wordpress.org doesn't have a login page for their users. I have to add a widget to my website that allows me to access the admin section of the site. ...
