What do you like best? Once set up it is pretty simple to get started right away on blogging or writing. What do you dislike? With the free version, there are limited creative abilities as far as theme and font. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Word press allows for people to access information and articles from anywhere without having to send a word document. Solving the accessibility and widening the educational scope.

What do you like best? Easy to maintain. I like Wordpress for my client. After I designing and adding content I can then turn over to the client and they can maintain without me. What do you dislike? Security issues. I had in the past an issue with security on my server due to a Wordpress site.
