Good

What do you like best? That you can make whatever you want through the site and easily add things. There's a lot of options to make it how you want to make it. My wordpress looks completely different from the person next to me. Since it's so easy to build the site, you can buy the rights to your site so you don't have to have the word wordpress before the .com in the site. you can name the site what you want yet still use wordpress to build it which makes it easy to work. What do you ...

Creating a more engaging website via WordPress

What do you like best? I had never done website design or management before my current job. Our website (uca.edu/alumni is built on WordPress. Once I was shown how to update and manage our website, it's been easy to increase content generation. I frequently receive compliments from peers regarding our site. Our layout was the model used for the division site we are housed in. What do you dislike? I wish we could export RSVP reports for events. I also wish we could hyperlink to ...

Wordpress is a powerful content management tool

What do you like best? Love how easy it is to update the website with new posts and pages. Love the widget features and all the third party plugins that make Wordpress so powerful. The templates that third party companies create are amazing, and it seems like no matter what you use your website for, whether e-commerce, portfolio, seo, etc, Wordpress can be adapted for it. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that the plugins have known security issues. I've been hacked on my ...

Complete CMS Solution

What do you like best? The best thing about WordPress is its versatility. Between integrations, page management, media options, and more, it feels like there's nothing that can't be done using this platform. It's also super intuitive and easy to use, which is a huge plus. It doesn't hurt that there's a robust mobile app as well. What do you dislike? It can be a little buggy sometimes, especially when using integrations. Recommendations to others considering the product The ...

De pequeños diseñadores a grandes corporaciones.

What do you like best? It is software that has never stopped growing. In contrast to other solutions, WordPress.org has always been updating and working on its software. It started as a desktop publishing software and ...

The only CMS I use

What do you like best? Wordpress allows you total control of your code. This is wonderful because it allows complete creativity to develop a unique website. Because Wordpress uses PHP to pull and display pages, it's very easy to integrate plugins and scripts to further enhance the site. The plugin depository is large, which is wonderful as there are so many available functions that can be integrated into a website. What do you dislike? The backend isn't as beautiful as it could be. ...

Still free, still one of the best

What do you like best? One of the huge selling points back in the mid 2000s was how much bandwidth and storage space you were allowed to use for a website. WordPress is the only service I know of with unlimited bandwidth, and plenty of storage space. Even the free accounts come with one of the highest amounts of storage space amongs many similar products, the "business" plan has unlimited storage space on top of the multitude of useful tools the account already comes with. What do you ...

Wordpress

What do you like best? It's easy to use with plugins, web design in not my particular role, but I do have to work on layout occasionally and it's fairly easy to use. What do you dislike? It's hard to change around, I don't write code, so when I try to transfer to another template it something gives me a bit of toruble Recommendations to others considering the product Squarespace What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having ...

Simple for many backgrounds

What do you like best? Themes can be easily adapted for needs so just about anyone can put together a website. Some themes may take more knowledge of the HTML and CMS structures, but other may be easily done by someone who has never heard of HTML. What do you dislike? There are some clunky ways to adjust the code which is harder when you do know the languages. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out for a while - even if you're confused at first. This goes for ...
