Wix customer service is phenominal
Wix customer service is phenominal. Friendly, knowlegable and easy to work with. Whenever I have a question, I go to them and they are available fast and easy to reach. I admit, most times I dont need customer service and can handle their easy to use dashboard myself. But when I do need help, they are there and make my life so easy. Thank you for all you. I highly recommend Wix!

great customer service
I had outstanding customer service from WIX. One issue is resolved, the other in an appeal at present. For both, I chatted with representatives who had a great understanding of their products and knew what to do to get the issues resolved or move them along the chain. I would certainly do business again with WIX and hopefully, chat again with Mira and Eva.
