The customer help I received on Wix was very helpful and they quickly solved my problem. It felt like they put in a lot extra effort to help my situation.

Once I navigated my way to communicating with a live virtual assistant and not AI, I was quickly able to explain my issue and get it resolved in a matter of a minute. After giving me the instructions, she stayed connected until I was successful and then continued to answer some related, but not technical questions

WIX is Simply Superior!

I like working with WIX because they have excellent customer service and the site is relatively easy to build at the level of customization that I need at this point. I have built websites with sams, godaddy, and shopify so far and WIX is by far the easiest and I can almost ALWAYS talk or chat with an actual human being. And while they do charge for every little extra, all the web build, domain, email etc. businesses do that. So that is not unexpected. They are simple, easy, no slick ...

Wix is great all around

Wix is great all around: a ton of features to design with, great UI, an expansive app store, and excellent customer service. If you're considering a web builder, I'd certainly check out Wix.

One of many times I've had Wix Support help

I chatted with Jen this morning, but not being as computer saavy as probably a lot of people, I've used Wix Support on numerous occasions and always with a great outcome. It's difficult to say whether I like the Wix platform and features, or their customer service more. I think both are equally pretty good. I have experience with other providers, and never been very happy. So Wix works hard for my business, and I have zero interest in leaving them.

Wix has the best features of any web platform I've worked with. It's sometimes complicated and even perplexing to work with, but that's because there are so many features. When I run into problems, I have to jump through some hoops to get to a real person, but once I do, they tend to be knowledgeable and helpful. Today I was helped through a pretty tough problem by a tech named Ana. She was very patient and understanding and was able get everything working.

Five Stars and Then Some!

I have not needed Wix Customer Service frequently, because the hardware functions well and performs reliably. On the few occasions I've needed assistance, a response from customer service was prompt (immediate in 2 of 3 instances), professional, and resolved the issue within minutes.
