I've been using Wix well over a year…
I've been using Wix well over a year now and I've been very happy with my decision to use them. It was a little bit of a learning curve to learn how to design website, but it's very intuitive once you get going. Plus, they have great support features and people available to answer questions when I got stuck. I have found many features to be particularly helpful. It does everything I need it to do. I highly recommend!

Exceptional Chat Customer Service!!
Exceptional Chat Customer Service!!! Only one MAJOR issue, finding the prompt to engage support services. I get you want the customer to read through the entire site to find the solution ain't nobody got time for that. Besides, nothing like some reassurance that you're on the right track.

For someone running an e-commerce business Wix is the best. They have actual phone numbers and real people to help. Highly recommend

I was experiencing a technical issue…
I was experiencing a technical issue while working in the WIX Website Editor. I contacted customer service who put me in touch with a expert who helped me resolve my issue. The expert even created a video for me to review so I could walk through the fix at my pace. The expert was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended
