Editing and Customer Service
Wix in general could be improved when it comes to editing. For instance, they should pick up a few pointers from canva when it comes to measurement wise in editing. As for customer service, Jose and Omar are top notch. They answered all my queries and I hope if I have a problem again, they will be the ones answering.

I had a series of obscure questions and all were answered thorughly
I had a series of rather obscure questions to ask which could only be answered by chat. Logan sometimes had to find out the answers before being able to answer but always informed me that he would be back. An excellent service

Great Custmer Service
Even though my issue was not 100% resolved in terms of functionality, I was helped with a work around. Cielo was very friendly and kept me informed along the way, even when he had to step away for a minute to get further assistance. Great customer service.
