I have not started to build my site…
I have not started to build my site yet. I was struggling with domain issues. And I know absolutely NOTHING about that. I contacted Help Center and spoke to Jisan. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. What fantastic and friendly after sales service. I give this company six stars.

Wix customer service is AMAZING
Wix customer service is AMAZING! Once I got through the AI helper to an actual person, he was able to help me with a complicated issue and resolve it. We chatted for over 20 minutes, and he was cheerful and helpful throughout. Every time I use the wix chat, they are extremely helpful - some of the best customer service employees out there.

Very good resolution offered
Very good indeed. We were faced with a technical domain issue and billing adjustment, none of which was challenge for our Customer Service agent, who persisted and worked around the issue for us. Thanks John, you know who you are!
