Was having some issues that I couldn't resolve. Decided to try the help chat function and was put through to Jenny who was very knowledgeable and fixed my issues quickly.

Auto-renewal of app subscriptions
I was charged an amount for an application that was free at the very beginning and I had no idea that it would be automatically renewed (my mistake). Contacting Wix technical support quickly helped me solve my problem and get my money back. Unfortunately, the waiting time for a refund takes from 7 to 20 business days. We'll see how long it takes for the money to return to my account

User friendly easy to use website builder which includes SEO, and amazing / understanding customer service. Quick and no wait for customer service to chat with online. I've been a customer for a few years now and everytime they supersede my expectations esp customer service.

Great for Personal Resume & Portfolio
I used Wix to make an online resume & portfolio and found it to be very user friendly with plenty of features to make a standout and professional website. Their customer service reps are also friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you're looking to make a web version of your resume and/or portfolio!
