Okay,so ... I believe that most companies should have their support folks shadow the Wixx support people to learn how you can effectively deliver world class customer service/support, have a personality through chat and leave the customer satisfied at every single interaction. I've literally never left my interactions with them unresolved or annoyed. Quite the opposite. Intuitive and Positive
