Customer support understood and fixed my issue. I did trawl through the ChatBot solutions but that didn't help. Interfacing with human (Sebastian) made all the difference.

All the new installs I need for my growing business WIX has for me, which means I don't need to shop around. Once you are familiar with how things work on WIX everything is a breeze

My agent Christina went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. She was compassionate and understanding of my issue. She took her time to explain the policy and worked with me to meet me where I was contrary to corporate policies! I am a Wix customer for life largely due to my interactions with Christina!
