User friendly and best customer service.
Wix is very user friendly and one does not require any coding knowledge to use wix and run a website. Apart from the user experience, it's customer service was at the very best. I would highly recommend Wix over wordpress.

Great design tools and amazing customer service
We've made a few websites on Wix and really enjoy the wide range of features. What really stands out though is the excellent customer service. If we encounter an issue while building a site we can use tutorials and customer service chat to help us fix the problem. This is an incredibly helpful feature!

Wix allows you to do some many things
Wix allows you to do some many things. I love the dynamic content, once you set up your site everything is so easy and fast to maintain! And there is a lot of support both on the web and through their great customer service!

Carlos was very patient with me
Carlos was very patient with me. We ran into a wall when I could not find a menu, but it was hidden under the chat box. Once we figured it out, his solution to the issue worked like a charm. He was friendly and patient and spent over an hour with me.

Great WIX customer service assistance.
I had a problematic issue and the WIX customer service representative knew exactly how to help me and was patient enough to walk me through each step. Even made instructional clips for me right there & then. The WIX customer service representative's name was Anchal.
