Fast, friendly, effective!

Wix has been great so far
Wix has been great so far, easy to use, great product overall and I only used the customer service once and it was superb. I chatted to Sean, he was able to detect the issue in just a couple of minutes, was very polite and provided information for me to address it. I highly recommend it.

Primarily the customer service at WIX is top notch
Primarily the customer service at WIX by a lovely young lady by the name of SIMONE was impeccable and I'd ask for her to help solve the problems I have with their software, the site, my ineptitude at knowing how to operate "heavy machinery" - so to speak. SHE was incredibly patient, kind, professional, friendly, expert and got the problems solved fast and with great help. I'd do it again just to have her help. Brilliant in my book. Carlos was very patient with me
Carlos was very patient with me. We ran into a wall when I could not find a menu, but it was hidden under the chat box. Once we figured it out, his solution to the issue worked like a charm. He was friendly and patient and spent over an hour with me.
