Primarily the customer service at WIX is top notch
Primarily the customer service at WIX by a lovely young lady by the name of SIMONE was impeccable and I'd ask for her to help solve the problems I have with their software, the site, my ineptitude at knowing how to operate "heavy machinery" - so to speak. SHE was incredibly patient, kind, professional, friendly, expert and got the problems solved fast and with great help. I'd do it again just to have her help. Brilliant in my book. User friendly and best customer service.
Wix is very user friendly and one does not require any coding knowledge to use wix and run a website. Apart from the user experience, it's customer service was at the very best. I would highly recommend Wix over wordpress.

Wix allows you to do some many things. I love the dynamic content, once you set up your site everything is so easy and fast to maintain! And there is a lot of support both on the web and through their great customer service!

Great WIX customer service assistance.
I had a problematic issue and the WIX customer service representative knew exactly how to help me and was patient enough to walk me through each step. Even made instructional clips for me right there & then. The WIX customer service representative's name was Anchal.
