For me Wix is the best platform for business owners!
As a designer and a business owner I've been using Wix for years. I'm extremely happy with its features. I'm especially happy with new WixStudio and opportunities it gives. Mobile app for owners is an extremely useful tool, as well as Wix Spaces app for users. I've tried other platforms as well, Wordpress, Shopify, Tilda. Wix is my favorite!

Wix - a positive experience!
I've been with Wix for over a year. Wix has great features and an excellent customer service desk. I recommend Wix to individuals looking for a cost-effective website/blogging solution.

An amazing tool and great service
An amazing tool and great service by people who work at wix! It takes time to get how things work, but in time everything becomes more clear, then you have 100% control of your website, plus if you have questions wix custom service is the best!

Fast and Efficient Response
I'm pretty happy with Wix's customer support right now. I love that there's tutorial videos and their help pages are very clear and easy to follow. I had to talk to a support person today and I was really happy with not only how fast someone was on the chat, but that they were able to help me pretty quickly.

Neil took the time to walk me through…
Neil took the time to walk me through my issue. He just didn't forward me some long document to read to fix the issue, like some companies do. He helped me every step of the way. For someone who doesn't understand computer lingo very well this kind of service is priceless.

Great Wix customer service from Namie
Namie, the customer service agent (who was a real person and not a chatbot!), was incredibly polite, helpful and knowlegeable, solving a problem that I could not find an answer to anywhere else.
