Being a business has a lot of moving…
Being a business has a lot of moving parts and getting this website here was challenging but when you have customer service help you get through your mistakes or help you with fix them doesnt make it so bad. So as a business owner I am thankful for your support as well as your service.

I'm used to utilizing other web builder…
I'm used to utilizing other web builder products that aren't as dynamic as Wix. Due to my inexperience with the WIX product, I ran into an issue I could not resolve alone. I created a ticket and got online assistance immediately and once I clarified my issue the customer care team member explained what I had done wrong and guided me through the fix. Didn't take long. He was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend WIX to anyone looking for a dynamic web builder platform.
