Great platform, great customer service!
I've been using Wix for about 14 years (since I was in school!) and it's only gotten better and better. I use it for businesses now and it's just a dream. I know how to code, but I very much appreciate the no code / low code format you can choose to use. I need help with connecting my domain, and I thought it would be a difficult customer service experience but I got it resolved on live chat in about 10 mins! Like actual IT support in 10 mins. Nuts.

I'm taking time out to write a review because customer service by chat with real people is so important during these times where things are getting more automated. The wait time is not bad, the people are very friendly and helpful. Please do not change this! Please keep the chat with real people. Honestly the main reason I keep it is because of customer service! Thank you~!

Superb Customer Service
Very good customer service experience, helped with some DNS issues that I was having. Site not fully connected and have to wait and see still, using cloudflare and pointing method for DNS, but knowledgeable and helped me out here.
