Stop taking my money twice...

Keep doubling charging me again and no one to talk to again. Seriously can I just freaking talk to someone ! I tried to have a callback but that did not work as usually. I'M so angry and frustrated because i need my money and i want to talk to someone and when i finally have someone getting back to me in an email 4 days later they say look at the site all answers are there for you.

Easiest website building software with the best templates

What do you like best? I love how easy and straightforward this software was in building a client's website. Not bad, customer office was okay

I'm not a Wix employee, just to put it out there. Wix Really Improved

Wix has really improved its customer service and mobile app functions over the past years. I gave Wix maybe 2 stars before. But the improvements now give the company 5 stars.

Autocharged without permission

I was in the process of moving my site to another platform so I unselected the auto-charge option on my account. They auto charged me anyway. They take no time charging you but told me it will take 20 BUSINESS DAYS to hear back on if my refund request is approved. WHY does it take 20 business days?What was the point of the checkbox for auto charge if they weren't going to pay attention to it anyway. HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!

I have a site with Wix that I am about to cancel. They have HORRIBLE (absolutely the worst) customer service. Additionally, they continue to raise their prices with no explanation. I spoke with customer service today. The lady could barely speak or understand English, and she was rude and uninformative regarding the product. Slow, lots of bugs

I have been having a a website on Wix for 6 months. It has been a bad experience. The website is very slow, you cannot edit the mobile version so the mobile version is full of bugs you cannot fix yourself. I have been calling to the customer service regularly speaking for hours. I am going to move my website to another platform as soon as my 1 year payment is over.

Wix is a very easy website builder

Wix is a very easy website builder to use, even those with no web building skills can create a masterpiece.I use Wix to host a professional portfolio of myself and my works, for which I find it does the job just fine.I have not used all features, like the eCommerce side nor the blogging tools, as I have no need to do so for a portfolio. I also have not had any need to contact customer support (as of yet). Which judging by some previous negative reviews here I am very glad about.
