Very poor customer service!

The application platform is great, but if you have a problem and need to contact customer service then good luck. Wix had told me I would receive a refund for a service I could not access therefore unable to cancel, 8 weeks later I am still waiting. This company is awful for customer service and frustrating to get hold of them!

Email icon & email disappeared no way to get it back

I'm paying full price for wix - domain, email, etc. My paid business email has all disappeared from the site. There is not even an "email" icon to click. The only thing possible to do is when I click on "mailboxes" it tries to sell me a mailbox "premium". I already am paying for all of this. I followed the instructions to make email reappear. No go. I started my site in March with ADI and it was impossible regardless how many times I watched their videos... I thought buying a premium plan would help the process, but that didn't do anything. It's now July and I'm still not live.... The help button for ADI is a joke, never works or doesn't answer my questions. Very frustrating!!!Save your sanity and $, go with something else.

Wix was the WORST website I have ever used to create my website. I had so much done and I kept saving it, and I refreshed the page ONCE and I lost all of my hard work and there is no way to get it back. NEVER use this site, it is not trustworthy and is terrible. Now I am VERY frustrated because I don't remember exactly what I wrote. Nobody should ever use this site.

Haben eine simple Homepage. Der Homepage Baukasten ist ganz gut. Die Verwaltung der Bezahlungen etc. GROTTENSCHLECHT. Konnte meinen Bankeinzug nicht ändern.. Nur peinlich.. Dann kriegt man eine Rechnung mit falschen Datum und falsch ausgewiesener MWST (Coronabedingt 16%), das konnte leider auch keiner ändern.Echt traurig

I would rate my experience with customer service as 5* as I was responded to very quickly and my issue was rectified within 1 day. I spoke to a gentleman called John, a web developer, who was more than helpful. He rectified my problem and gave me some tips to improve my web page. Very happy customer.
