Probleme im Editor

Seit 2 Wochen warte ich auf Hilfe bzw. auf eine Antwort von Wix-Support. Etliche E-Mails wurden von mir schon versendet und bekomme keine Antwort! Im Editor Webseite-Menü kann ich meine Seiten nicht mehr ein und Ausblenden. Das Icon lässt sich nicht mehr anklicken! Ich werde mich nach vielen Jahren bei WIX nach einem anderen Homepage-Anbieter umsehen!

An awful website provider ..I joined wix payments and they have taken nearly £300 in payments that I am yet to receive, it’s impossible to contact anybody who can deal with a real problem In person ..avoid WIx !

I am very unhappy I ever used them

I am very unhappy I ever used them. They have charged me for two premium plans when I only ever use one website. They have taken $200 a year from me since 2018 for a plan I never got or used. Been on the phone for two days trying to get a resolution. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Already cancelled my account. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I am glad I never saw these Trustpilot reviews before trying WIx as I probably would have given it a wide bearth. However, I did load Wix and set up a free account, and created a free website very easily from a template for my brothers business. The website looks professional and I found the tools to set up the website - both desktop and mobile modes - to be very intuitive. I was so pleased it was really very non technical. Refund

I am sad because we have not used wix for 5 months and thought we had shut off everything but we had an app that was still active. We have not used the website or the app and would like to get our $25 we paid back. We asked twice for us to get a refund and have not received a refund.

Bad website

Recently purchased a subscription. The website is extremely customer unfriendly. when we contacted the customer service they were rude to us. refused to return the premium subscription amount.

Ça fait 3 fois qu'ils débitent de l'argent de sur ma carte de crédit alors que je n'ai plus de compte avec eux. La 1ere fois en 2015... et j'ai réussis à leur parler et m'ont remboursé. Et cette fois-ci, deux fois en juin 2020... un 1er montant de 20$, puis environ 200$ et là, impossible de les joindre, je n'ai reçu aucune facture sur le compte, aucune explication de leur part, aucun email, et leur # de téléphone mène à un répondeur sans possibilité de laisser un message.
