What do you like best? The best thing I've found when using Wix is how easy it is for the average user to pick it up and run with it. I've done front end web development in the past and as much as I love coding, not everyone has that background. Shady billing and subscription…

Shady billing and subscription practices. I disabled my website, canceled my subscription only for them to charge me again. They requested some information to identify me and after that they came back with a 20 business day wait to have the billing department get back to me and see if I will get a refund for the fraudulently charged subscription by wix.com billing. Based on the ratings I can see, I now know that this folks are sham and not to be trusted.

I continue to be shocked and appalled at Wix product limitations (which I dont believe were there when we signed up, they have steadily changed for the worse) in particular with their "new Blog". Bad bad bad - S L O W...... takes forever to even load the page editor (and no not my internet!) - photo albums look great but takes me literally a day to upload a wedding shoot. Wix is a HORRIBLE website when it comes to customer service and trustworthiness. I cancelled my premium account when I was taking time off work for Maternity leave and didn't need a site for the time, but they continued to charge me for months.
