Absolutely terrible Customer Service…

Absolutely terrible Customer Service and I’m not even a Wix subscriber yet and “yet” is looking bleak. I was interested in subscribing to Wix and wanted to have several questions I had answered. I first had to find how to contact Customer Service which in itself felt like a wild goose chase. When I finally found it, I had to deal with a Chat Bot in order to be pointed in the right direction. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD ON SOMEONE AND IF YOU EMAIL SUPPORT, BE READY TO TALK TO 10 DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO TELL YOU THE SAME THINK WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE PREVIOUS CONVERSATION. I HAVE ABOUT $400 SITTING ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEY KEEP CLAIMING THEY CANT VERIFY MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I SENT IN ALL DOCS REQUESTED. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks and i'm still getting the run around and have proof of everything~

Customer service sucks and is ruining our business…

We didn’t have problems for 3 months and now we are screwed up with Our orders because all of a sudden we have to verify our account. Customer service sucks And perhaps non existent and can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to. We have $ held up and can’t buy more products to keep going with our inventory. So it’s hurting our business and very frustrating because we can’t fix it. We will discontinue and rebuild our website somewhere else when we get out $ back.

Wix used to be brilliant!

Wix used to be brilliant, you could get your site easily onto Google, you could always speak to a friendly helpful agent. How things have changed! Seems they're now trying to get you to pay for a "Wix Partner" to get your website on Google. It seems impossible to speak to an agent! Wix thinks everybody's got the time to spend hours researching how to do the most simple things (like connect to google). So sad to say, unless you want to build your website as a hobby and have lots of time on ...

Wix is the worst platform to build a website

Wix is so difficult to use. It is not customizable. It is very expensive. It is very slow and is not responsive at all. It is the worst platform to build a website and I do not recommend it to anyone for anything. The support is terrible and the marketplace has nothing to offer. It is a scam. Once you pay for a premium plan they keep charging you hundreds of dollars and will not refund you.

Acceptable

Wix services have been working fine for a while now. Customer Care helped me out with a callback recently.Turns out that Wix has a cookie-allergy - meaning, that if you encounter weird, irrational issues with the Editor, clear cookies and cache first, these two can fix 90% of Editor problems.
