This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. Their customer support is horrible. If you have any issues with their service, you are on your own. They don't have a customer support number to call to get assistance. You have to communicate via their ticketing system and it is useless. They don't really care about you and they respond to you whenever they feel like responding. All they want from you is pay for their subscription and that it. not responsive at all
I was deceived by the literature referencing "responsive" elements all the time. The responsiveness is diabolical. Sure you can get a site looking pretty on your 4k desktop, switch to the mobile view however and it is a dogs dinner. Elements thrown all over the place, text hasn't resized, optimising makes it worse. If you want your website to look totally different between desktop and mobile this is for you. But who would? wix is horrible they lie says lightbox doesnt affect SEO is ruins it. they have the worst and most unqualified employees you cant fix any issues and on hold for hours never call back terrible company and website builder

Disgusting experience!
When I bought a page with this it was just horrible.Not customizable at all.Very mad with this because they buy a lot of ads everywhere and you think its going to be good but no.

I was going to give Wix a 3 star…
I was going to give Wix a 3 star rating. Their free service is pretty useful and easy to use, though fairly buggy. I had a lot of issues especially with the mobile side of things. Sadly, they auto charged me for a yearly subscription, though I never agreed to an auto-renewal. My old business went bust, so I have no use for this. We're starting up again under a new company name and planned to use Wix to build a new website, but this auto charge put me off for good. We requested a refund, ...

In any available way don't use Wix Payments platform. It is terrible service, and no customer service at all. Got paid on our website with fraud card. had to return payment even stock were sent, and not even enough, our account were under review for months, no help from customer service, even all necessary documents were provided straight away. it is still going on issue from May which is over two months.

Tooo goooood
I have no clue about why they are so many bad reviews about Wix. For those people who gave bad reviews, they had a bad experience. But for me I had a wonderful experience. This is why I gave Wix 5 stars- Amazing templates- 50 % discount- Easy to navigate- And amazing helpWix is toooooooooooooooooooooo goooooooooooooooood.

Dishonest company overall
Dishonest company overall. I am going to save my energy here, and just say 2 lines. DISHONEST & GREEDY. Wix will go bankrupt one day soon conducting business in this manner. Disgusting company.

Terrible! Everything costs money even accepting payments OFFLINE! And only 2 automated emails! And a terrible domain if you don't want to pay! Like this /username/wixsite/your name you wanted for the siteUSE WEEBLY! OR EVEN SIMPLESITE!
